How to prolong the intercourse up to 1 hour

According to statistics and, one of the most common sexual problems in men is premature ejaculation. Indeed, this moment in life is very important for men, this problem should not be underestimated. Experts differentiate the causes of premature ejaculation into two groups:

  1. Congenital:
  • increased sensitivity of the penile skin receptors;
  • low serotonin content in brain cells. 
  1. Acquired:

  • stress;
  • sedentary lifestyle and lack of exercise,
  • diseases (infections, neurosis, prostatitis, etc.).

1. Eat right

– Does your menu have too many sweets?

– Are there enough fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet? 

– Is there an excess of animal fats?

– Can sunflower oil be replaced with healthier types (linseed oil, olive oil, etc.).

2. Get enough sleep

Every person has his or her own norm of sleep. Some people need only 5 or 6 hours of sleep, and some people need only 9 or 10 hours. Over the course of life, the norm may change. It depends on age, emotional state and other factors. Getting enough sleep, you will feel awake and full of energy. 

3. Practice physical activity

By exercise in this case we mean not only professional sports. Sometimes it’s enough to take a walk for 1-2 hours after work, to feel rested and to give your brain a chance to relax and your muscles a little exercise. You can also practice walking on bicycles, skating, skiing or rollerblading, moving games with children, etc.

4. Don’t limit yourself to one sexual act

More often than not, men, quickly ending the first intercourse, after a short rest are ready to repeat.  In this case, the second “session” is usually longer than the first. Thus, you can both satisfy the girl and get pleasure for yourself.

5. Use products that reduce sensitivity

Condoms (standard or coated with special substances) or lubricants can be used as such means. You can also sometimes drink a little alcohol. It also dulls sensitivity, but it is better not to abuse this method, because the negative effects of alcohol on the body are known to all.

6. See your doctor regularly

Many chronic diseases have a negative impact on potency and can cause premature ejaculation. Regular medical examinations will help to detect diseases at the initial stage of their development and prevent escalation to the chronic stage. 

7. Take medications

We are talking only about those medications that are prescribed by a doctor after conducting the necessary tests. Do not self-medicate in any case. Only a specialist can make the correct diagnosis. And it is he who will prescribe the medicines that will solve the problem.
